Honest answers

Will my clients see this is a third-party tool?

What happens if a check fails on a client site?
The report shows the failed check with a plain-English finding. Reports are observations - it is up to you and your client how to act on them. Most shared-hosting sites will flag missing security headers; the report provides context on each finding.
Can I edit the report before it sends?
Not in the current version. v1 is a one-shot URL scan with no edit step. Edit-before-send is coming with the white-label tier after public launch.
Cancel any time?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel by the end of the month and you will not be charged the following month. Paid tiers launch June 2026.
Do you store client credentials or access their CMS?
No. Scans run entirely from the outside - we fetch public URLs the same way a visitor's browser would. We never request admin passwords, FTP access, or plugin installs. If a site is behind a login we cannot check those pages.
Does it only work on WordPress sites?
No. Seven of the eight checks work on any public website (performance, security headers, SSL, broken links, response check, SEO basics, mixed content). The WordPress check activates automatically when WP is detected and is skipped for non-WP sites without affecting the overall score.
What data do you store about my scans?
Each scan stores the URL you submitted, your IP address (for rate limiting), and your email address if you provided one. Data is retained for 30 days. See our privacy notice for full details.
